The General Manager was awesome! He was very friendly and personable. He made me and my family feel very welcomed. My reservation from booking.com was delayed coming through to there system and bring that we had traveled from Indiana, we were all tired. He found a way to get us checked into our rooms while still using my Booking.com rates and without a long wait time. That meant a lot to me!! I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast but, my son said it had a nice variety.

Madeline, the food lady, was friendly and helpful. The eating area was clean and well stocked. Tyler was accommodating for an extended checkout. The food was good. Bed was comfortable. Great stay.

Very friendly staff. Rooms, hallways, elevator were clean. Good choices for breakfast for average travelers. Had a few gluten free options: hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit.

White young lady with the glasses on was wonderful she was there about 2 pm great service and very nice sorry I didn't remember her name but give her a raise
